Shows partial cross-reactivity with di-methyl K36 (please see Western Blot image). This antibody may not be suitable for experiments on yeast lysate. Although the antibody is specifically blocked using the immunising peptide, customer feedback indicates that it detects a band using S. cerevisiae K36 point mutants.
